So far, I've received evenly divided votes are for:
--pied-billed grebe
--coot
--moorhen
--don't know
--Sounds like our guinea pig when she wants lettuce.

i think it sounds like a snipe.

Other birds in the clip include:
C. Yellowthroat, Swamp Sparrow, Sedge Wren, Am. Bittern
Recorded in spring at a sedge meadowy area in Central Wisconsin,
early morning.
