A friend of mine in UK has told me that there have been some warnings in magazines there about the dual processor G5 computers. Seems they put tweeting noises into recorded tracks when the processor is not running at full speed. Apple thought it was the power supply problem and offered to replace units but apparently this does not always cure the problem. So if anyone is thinking of upgrading their Macs, take heed!
