Friends: The web site http://www.msj.edu/cicada/ has information and links about cicadas, especially brood 10. Gene Kritsky (whose web site it is) has a book on cicadas due out around May 1. I heard him give a talk last night; he played recordings of the 3 species that'll be out in 5 weeks or so, and reported on research about the details= of cicada song and courtship. (He could certainly use better recordings, though, which gives me something= to do in mid May.) Cheers!
