Well I am making progress.
I have chased this bird for 3 years.
I have logged over 1,000 miles.
I got some good GPS sites and recorded some good pre-combat calls
from 200 yards.
These guys get going good in mid April but we are so blessed with
Sandhill's that you can hardly hear them.
Sandhill's should arrive next week and the Sharp-tail's will start
there combat next week for sure.
Maybe this year.

Speaking of combat, I just converted the third bedroom to a surround
studio. The second bedroom is the computer, stereo, and construction
room. I am waiting for the wife to come home to determine if the
first bedroom for me is the minivan. My pitch is "honey, I moved 150
lbs of speakers out of the living room today.

I will start searching for the Hemi plans, it was designed because I
didn't like Oldbirds design. In MN we still claim partial ownership
of Lang and Bill.

Rich
