That's the one, he's actually a good ways farther out than the other
pickerel frogs. Really stood out as different.

This is fairly flat riverbottom forest, fairly large trees all around,
and quite a few shallow water pools through the forest. Has to be trees
or water reflection. No bank or bluff I was aware of, and I'd driven the
road that went through the direction the mic is pointed.
The sonogram of the Owl calls shows numerous reflections going on and
on. A real example of how natural environments are complex to record.
The reflections are more clearly defined by having the SASS high. It's
about 14' up which gets it out of a lot of the local ground clutter.
That on top of the natural ability of the SASS to give such a lovely
clear wide field. I just won a auction for a tripod that will get the
mic up to 18', itching to see what difference I get. Hard to find good
high tripods. These are light stand tripods.
