Evert,

apart from actual physical changes, (blood circulation and all that) - ther=
e
is a tension related - "silent tinnitus".
Physical exercise either build up or releasing tension, depending on person
and body constitution.
You might be a happy combination here - reliving tension and loosing tinnit=
us!
