It is a retirement category, where you put so much each paycheck into it
and income tax is deferred and you invest it - or rather your
employer invests it and you are supposed to be able to retire on the income=
from the amount after X years. In my case, X appears to vanish into the
future. ;^) I actually know very little about it.
