Steve:

Unfortunately, I have Macs and can't use your software. But I'd love to see
an example if you can produce a jpeg.

I made a new version of Dora (http://math.uc.edu/~pelikan/Dora/index.html )
that lets you select a log scale for the frequency axis of sonograms.

The only labels offered so far are ticks at 440, 880, etc. I'd be happy
to provide for different coordinate labels if anyone wants to suggest them.

This new version also performs the "library" process either with correlation
of
rms power or by finding the correlation between sonograms (in a user
specified range of frequencies, but
only -- so far -- on an arithmetic ffrequency scale).

Cheers,

Steve P
