You might want to check out MOTU's 24I/O and Audio HD192 here::
http://www.motu.com/
I don't think you will find any commercial gear capable of 384kHz.

Good Luck

Subject: [Nature Recordists] advanced sound boards

Hi all,
I'm looking around for these types of advanced audio boards:

16 channels @ 96kHz sampling
8 channels @ 192kHz sampling
2 or more channels @ 384kHz sampling

Of course I'm looking for high quality boards like the LynxTwo; I'm not
interested in industrial signal acquisition boards like National
Instruments and similar.

Any hint ?

Gianni
