I can imagin your very happy with these mics. Looking on the web for
specs i found these:
http://www.comtek.com/sm183lit.htm
Which seems incredable.
Output noise 28 dB which would be 2dB lower than de Core binaural
(note: I'm audiotechnically illitarat).
But you're talking about a pair, so I assume you're recording stereo ??
How do you connect the pair to your MD.
You'll want to read this, though I'll have trouble putting it in
English.
This weekend I went shopping for some stuff to build a small zeppelin.
What I found was something that lady's put in their hair to make it
curly. After washing it, rollers go in there hair and then use a
hairdryer. These rollers go in all kind of sizes, they also sell
elastics all kinds to keep hair in a bundle that can be used to keep a
little mic in the middle of the hairroller.
The hairrollers are very light and strong, and have a sticky cover (for
catching the hair esaly) which now automatically sticks to my wollen
sweather and shawl (not sure about this word). They also sell a bunch
of clips to attach wire to anything.
I've found only Aaron mentioning the Core Sound binaural mic while
shearching the library. Are they in use by anyone else? They seem
pretty usefull, though on there website they are only used for
recording theather shows and concerts.
