Do a search on ATRAC artifacts, then track the source of each
statement. Particularily in public forums you will find that a lot.

I have personally had considerable private email over the years of folks
who do exactly what I describe. They will say something like I found "X"
number of articles on ATRAC artifacts, they must be a big problem.
Then go on from there.

I was commenting on a post that was about a minidisc problem that had
nothing to do with ATRAC compression. Do you feel all such posts should
be titled "ATRAC artifacts"?

Walt
