I know I have seen requests for these in other forums. Switchcraft
has come out with a solderable RCA and mini (3.5mm or 1/8 stereo) in a
right angle connector. Maybe this isn't really news to the rest of
the world but I've been looking for some of these right angle
connectors for a while now.
Look at Switchcraft's website (www.switchcraft.com) for details; the
base model right angle RCA connector is part # 3502RA and the mini is
a 35HDRA.
This is good news for those of us that easily break off the straight
connectors on small consumer decks.
I haven't done research on sources for these, I know that Markertek
has the RCA connectors and Full Compass Systems has some of the minis.
