Looking at their site it looked way out of date. SoundScope appears to
be their sonogram program, and it seemed to be saying it maxed out at
22kHz sample rates. It definitely was limited by memory, not knowing how
to work from disk on files that were bigger than it could fit in memory.
And by what they were saying, designed for OS 7. I don't think it's a
good idea at this point to be setting up a mac system that will be used
for any length of time that is not OS X compatible. Both Soundhack and
SparkXL that I mentioned have OS X versions now. If these folks are not
going to do that and quickly, it won't matter how good their software is.
