We are planning a trip for September from Canberra to western
Queensland. In particular we are aiming to visit Currawinya NP and
Diamantina Lakes NP.

If anybody knows some good mammal spotting spots in this area I'd be
very grateful for any information (including any tips on how to see
them).

Time permitting we will return via Plenty Highway to Alice Springs and
down the Oodnadatta track. Information on this part of the route would
also be appreciated.

Regards,

John.
