When did this happen? The bird needed antibiotics asap, even if the bird looks okay. Cats saliva has a bacteria and it is spread to the bird through saliva even if it didnt leave a wound. If you have any wildlife carers near you get it to one asap!!
 
Might be good to lock your cat up!! You cant keep the bird you need to be licensed, The bird needs the correct care and treatment please get it to someone now!
