I know these colour-aberrations don't really tell us much about anything except genetics, but when you come across something very familiar that looks so weird...
Anyway. just now, nr Hughes Primary School, north-side, a male Gang-gang that looks like it fell into an oil slick. Still some feather patterning visible, but very dark overall, even the crest is purplish, not crimson.
