Gosh, Topkapi Palace in Istanbul is being very specific. Not that I had any idea where or what that is, but easy to find via computer. It would appear to be well within the birds’ range, as shown in the map that Geoffrey put out on Tuesday.

There are 4 photos of RRPs on Canberra Nature Map.

 

Also quite common in the grounds of the Topkapi Palace in Istanbul.
