Forgot to mention, a summary of the report’s results, essentially text and relevant tables was published in Canberra Bird Notes which all COG members get a printed copy of as part of their membership.   CBN is also published on the COG website.

Volume 47 No 1 May 2022.

Mark and others, sorry, there are no printed copies available.  COG funded a small print run for a targeted audience, including for the report launch last year, to influence key people in the Government and for those involved in the woodland surveys.  A print run these days to provide free copies for all COG members would be expensive, cost thousands of dollars.

As someone with ‘older eyes’, personally I am sympathetic to the general problem.  I have to do a lot of website research in various roles, particularly as COG Conservation officer, reading reports, management plans etc, sometimes hundreds of pages long planning/consultants reports, on Government and other websites. Sometimes I think I would rather go back to a paper world!!

Cheers

I’m with John Layton on this, where do I get a copy without having to print it all out or try and read it from my computer screen? Potentially it should be free to all COG members.

Is a printed copy of the above still available and where could I get

one? My eyes would be much more comfortable than reading it from the

computer screen.

Thank you.
