Yes, a short-winged long-tailed parrot. The bill is obscured in the profile
shot but the head-on shot indicates a largish red bill, apparently a feature
of the lutino.  That same photo shows a feeding lorikeet, so the  earlier
'ring-necked visitors' were parrakeets. This makes 3 exotic parrots, so
there is probably a leaky aviary nearby.

Small photos but pretty sure this is a lutino form of Rose-ringed Parakeet
(also called Indian ringneck parrot). A common pet bird, bred into a range
of colour patterns, of which white is one (also plain blue, plain yellow
etc).
