This morning at about 7 o’clock I saw 30 to 40 yellowtail black cockatoos perched in the block of pine trees to the north of Cotter Road opposite the great wall of Curtin. When I came back along the bike track behind the wall a little while later they were
dispersing from there in pairs, mainly flying westwards.
