Very hard to interpret that description. No mention of the size of the
bird(?). My guess at most likely is a fruit bat or failing that, a juvenile
begging calls of Southern Boobook (Owl). No need to nominate Powerful Owl on
this, as very unlikely. No direct address to reply to.
