It is illegal to disturb a nest.
Maybe wait to see what bird returns to it. If spotted dove (feral) it can be removed. Not sure what the rosella body has to do with it and one photo shows some large grey flight feathers. Very
weird, maybe something from Halloween?

what if anything he might do. The eggs are about the size of a 10c piece. The tree is in Mackenzie Street, Hackett. The gardener will be there for an hour or so but has left the tree alone while he works elsewhere in the garden.
