Urgent advice re nest please? Photo 1

Is it a crested pigeon or a spotted dove nest?

It is illegal to disturb a nest.  

Maybe wait to see what bird returns to it.  If spotted dove (feral) it can be removed.  Not sure what the rosella body has to do with it and one photo shows some large grey flight feathers.  Very weird, maybe something from Halloween?
