Further to Danny McReady’s post about angry crested pigeons, i saw two 
black-faced cuckoo shrikes attacking a magpie high up in a local eucalypt. 
Likely there there was a nest nearby but not visible from the ground. Magpie 
was ruffled but unmoved.
