This afternoon there was a Latham’s Snipe at Lyall Gillespie Corridor in Forde. No bands. It was very flighty.

 

I looked up Lyall Gillespie on the www and found it was the same one I came across in my younger days in the Public Service. The least said the better as neither of us was a fan of the other. He certainly has more claim to fame.
