This could be amusing to some. I am able to come up with an ID for one rather dishevelled feather but sorry I made a mistake between typing Prue & Tina.

I did not know that resource. Thanks for that. The photo with the code https://birdlifephotography.org.au/index.php/show-image?r=2125&id=32408-satin-bowerbird  matches what I wanted and I am confident I am correct. Although it could be a tail feather and it could be a young male.

If you go to the Birdlife Photography Group Website

https://birdlifephotography.org.au/

Click on 'photo Gallery'

Click on 'All photos'

Then click on 'Search Options'

Then enter 'Satin Bowerbird' (You type in the words and then highlight the species in the box.)

Then click on 'search'.

Quite a few images of Satin Bowerbirds are available for inspection, including one with an underwing pattern, captured while the bird was land. This might be of help to you.

It is 13 cm, such a strange colour, the options are very limited.
