It seems though that if they can't  update sites with incorrect information or ( I hate to say this ) put up signs, how are people to know this? I always research an area i plan on going and if the information i get is wrong how am i to know?

It used to be under the control of Griffith NPWS office, then it went to Cobar and according to an attachment on what you just sent, it now appears to be run from Dubbo. The main concern from NPWS staff that I have spoken to, they are extremely worried about fire in the reserve. Much of my information comes from a former NPWS ranger who is now with OEH (which I think is the overall group that now manages reserves in NSW). The big trouble with Round Hill is the number of tracks that are being put in illegally in the reserve and the number of illegal "fire places" in out of the way places withing the reserve.

I always checked with my various contacts at Griffith (prior to most of them moving elsewhere) before I visited the reserve.

There are a few exceptions, e.g. Barren Grounds NR and Nadgee NR but Nadgee only allows a limited number in at one time.
