I also saw them a few weeks ago  down the track from the site office, past the rapture tree and near the fencing for the extension of the billabong area.

Thank you David.  To borrow a thought from a famous ornithologist in a different connection, the difference between Saltbush Blues and no Saltbush Blues is very slight.

As well as the birds there is a nice little patch of Saltbush Blue butterfly habitat each side of the path between the last hide and the site office along the path parallel with Dairy Rd. The butterflies are out and about now.   They have been just there for years.  Mowing of the site probably encourages them, as the tall coarse grass that would otherwise grow would swamp them out.
