The Places You Love Alliance has changed the date of the of the
Stand Against Extinction day of action from Monday September 10 to
Friday September 7 - National Threatened Species Day. The location, Parliament House lawns, and time, 8:30-10:00AM, will remain the same.
As Monday is the first sitting day of a new Prime Minister we plan to be a step ahead and make a strong statement to put stronger environment laws on the political
agenda.
To all who have already registered we apologise for the change of plans and the inconvenience this will cause. We hope that you can still make it.
If
you haven't registered and are going to be around Canberra on September 7 join us on this historic day for Australia's threatened species as we Stand Against Extinction.
New Date: Friday, 7th September
Time: 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM
Where: Parliament House Lawn, Canberra
Thank you for your understanding and support for our threatened birds,
See you on National Threatened Species Day!
