Not corellas but parrots in larger-than-usual numbers at Hawker ovals these last two early mornings. I suspect the bird sightings of the last two days have been largely confined to those by dog-walkers! Yesterday, 25 Superb parrots. Most flew straight over but half-a-dozen paused to feed in elms. They have been a regular sight there this last month but in smaller flocks, heading SW. This morning, over 100 Red-rumps. Again regulars but numbers seem to be building up. b
