Parking at reserve access gates

Greetings all, a  reminder to all birders who are visiting our reserves that care should be taken when parking, not to park across/in front of vehicle gates which blocks access.  We had a situation this morning where a car had been parked across the gate to Jerrabomberra West NR, blocking vehicles going through that gate in or out of the reserve.  Both myself and an ACT Parks Ranger were there today to  check the vehicle track in the reserve  (given the recent rain), so I would be able to do COGs regular woodland bird survey there.

Rangers, and a number of others doing works/surveys in the reserves need vehicle access through reserve gates at all times.

Cheers

Jenny
