Has anyone seen any whistle-ducks around the Bungendore area recently?

I have just been told of 2 Black Kites hunting along the Bungendore - Hoskinstown Rd near Turallo Nature Reserve (about 2 km s of Bungendore).  They seemed to be moving South!
