Good morning,
I sent an email last night, but forgot the "Reply all"....
Here it is:
Dear Julian and Allen,
I banded that bird! I'm a PhD student at ANU studying white-winged choughs, and the nest in the picture is one of their own nests with a baby chough. Very exciting to see that group
has babies already.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Cheers,
Connie

Subject: [canberrabirds] Banded chough(?) FW: BIRDS AT CAMPBELL PARK
Below was sent to me as webmaster. Does anyone know who banded this bird or what species of bird it is (maybe a chough?)? I guess it’s likely to be one of our local researchers.
Or is this something for the ABBBS?
Cheers
Julian

Subject: BIRDS AT CAMPBELL PARK
Dear sir/maam,
This am I observed a tagged bird invading a Mudlark’s nest at Campbell Park. The invader was tagged. I therefor submit my photo for the info to a suitable organisation. If not correct, then please forward to the appropriate research organisation.
