However, with things rapidly drying out in the recent strong winds (from floods to bushfires within in a month!), a few still may reach here before their breeding season is over.

My bike ride yesterday out along Urriarra Rd yielded very few birds at all and no sign of Rufuous Songlarks. This is a stretch where I normally hear them in recent years.  I was wondering if anyone has come across them yet?
