Not in Canberra in one flock, but if you walked around the Eddison Park area of
Woden, say, you could probably come up with similar numbers in a few dispersed
groups.
Back in the mid 1990s I saw around 900 in a paddock nr Temora, I think it was
in July, so probably a winter flock.
