Thanks Con, Mark, Philip for suggestions. I used the Morcombe and the P&K apps
plus Simpson and Day but inconclusively. Sorry about the sketchy description,
it was sitting in bright sun so the yellow tint was perhaps intensified.
Basically light green all over. Other two birds too far away to see clearly
except that they were parrots.
Checking the internet, including for sound, Rose-ringed parakeet seems a
definite possibility, tho this bird's bill was not red. LK
