Actually it would help to know what books you have checked about this or
what photos you have looked at, to lead to that start point. As we weren't
there. It is hard to diagnose from a brief description and your "high
piercing call" (not really a good match to the SP, nor is a greenish beak)
may not be what someone else calls a high piercing call. It could be, or
could just as easily be a Rose-ringed Parakeet. You don't describe the
extent to which the Two others were similar. Isolated parrots will associate
with other species.

Lyneham Primary school, a parrot yellow/light green all over, with long
pointed tail, greenish beak, high piercing call. Would this be a female
Superb Parrot? Two others appeared as it flew off.
