The 'conservation cull' of 1991 eastern grey kangaroos will begin on Monday to protect the biodiversity of grass and woodland areas.

The sites where culls will take place include:

  • Goorooyarroo Nature Reserve
  • Gungaderra Nature Reserve
  • Isaacs Ridge Nature Reserve
  • Kama Nature Reserve
  • Mount Majura Nature Reserve
  • Mount Mugga Mugga Nature Reserve
  • Mount Painter Nature Reserve

These areas - and adjacent unleased land - will be closed to the public while the cull takes place.
