Well it’s good to hear that somewhere trees are being cared for because around Holt during the past few days Eucalyptus mannifera are being cut down like the bad guys at OK Corral.

At the corner of Hann Street and Captain Cook Crescent, travelling towards Narrabundah, there is a tree with a large scar, vertical, and the tree has not been killed.  I am now on the watch for these scarred trees.  I shall be looking at the Wylie Street one tomorrow.  I think that more bandages have been put on.  I have not been that way for a while
