A good effort to get that. I wish though that people would respond privately to questions put as a quiz (as distinct from those questions put to get an answer). So that others can get more out of the quiz. I hope others don't disagree with me making that distinction or should we have a protocol?

 

I saw the answer before having time to think for myself what it was likely to be (but I have been out to the shops for an hour).
