It is getting into the season when some migrants disappear from Carwoola (200m above Canberra, so the seasons are about 2 weeks different). So I was very surprised this morning to follow some squeaking calls and find a nest full of Yellow-faced Honeyeaters in a floribunda rose beside our Western veranda. Martin Butterfield |
