Wholeheartedly agreed.

An excellent, first class piece of publishing and editing- although there are 292 species in the current main list of the Annotated Checklist of the Birds of the ACT, not 293 as is reported on p. 129 of the CBN Bird Notes Anniversary Issue. This minor error was discovered too late to correct. However, I’m reliably informed the next issue of Canberra Bird Notes will raise the number to at least 293!

Many of you will have received in the mail today a print-copy of the COG 50th Anniversary issue of the Canberra Bird Notes. As you can see, a selection of pictures is in colour. But if you want to see all pictures in colour, notably the photos from the gala dinner, please go via COG's website to the online edition (http://canberrabirds.org.au/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/CBN-39-Anniversary-issue.pdf).
