Dropped into Acacia inlet on my way into Civic on Sunday morning, and spotted a night heron in willows between the inlet and the Aboriginal art centre. it flew (of course!) when I got my camera, and I think ended up in the thick foliage at lake edge closer to ANU end of lake. Have not previously seen night herons near Acacia Inlet, but no reason why they wouldn't like all those willows. Sandra H
