Really this is little more than educated guess, given not a lot of options but a weird call that was moving around, like a `mew`. ??? sounded like a bird, but not sure is likely to be an owlet-nightjar.

Last night was awesome, boobook at Mt Majura. Also a weird call that was moving around, like a `mew`. ??? sounded like a bird, but not sure.
At the top dam on the Majura Saddle I have NEVER heard so many frogs in my life!!!!!!!
5 Pobblebonks, (3 plains froglets Crinia parisignifera were at North watson dam), 10 spotted grass frogs- machine gun frog (Lymnodynasties tasmaniensis), hundreds of common eastern froglets (Crinia signifera), 3 smooth toadlets- wwwweeek week week,
