Approximately 48 YTBC flew from Narrabundah Hill and curved widely around in the direction of Black Mountain at 11.45am this morning. 

 

Stomlo Park late morning many groups  of up  to 50 YFHE crossed the lower areas of Stromlo Park and some stopped in trees along the creek to feed.  Here were Red-browed Finch, 1 Black-fronted Dotterel, 2 Double-barred Finch, 1 White-eared Honeyeater, 1 White-naped Honeyeater, 1 White-plumed Honeyeater, Superb Wren, Welcome Swallow, 2 Red-rumped Parrot, 1 White-faced Heron. 

 

Narrabundah Hill early afternoon – during a ride along the wet track, a large melodious flock of brightly coloured Silvereye were feeding along the Northern track region, also Scarlet Robin, Speckled Warbler, Yellow-rumped Thornbill, Superb Wren, Red-browed Finch, White-browed Scrubwren and small groups of YFHE were passing through at low levels from Mount Stomlo.  A Brown Gosshawk was seen twice -  flying over Narrabundah Hill and Stromlo Park.
