Possibly same two were around my place yesterday morning, with a wattlebird, and another koel calling from a little further away. Not far to fly from your place to mine, but haven't heard one in my street today. Boobook calling from trees near Wanniassa Hills Primary 2 nights ago, at around 10pm, then again around 4am

Hi All

Not another Koel story!  L ... sorry, Happy New Year to all!

A male and female, with an attendant wattle bird (is this strange?) in eucs in my backyard Longmore Cr  in Wanniassa all day yesterday. Mentioning it because it is the first time in 15 years!
