Woodswallows over Wamboin

When the wind (a strong southerly) blew up here (in Robertson - approx 100 Km n-e from Wamboin), about 9:30AM, I heard a group of Woodswallows flying high on the air currents, over local hills.

About 30 birds seen. Their call seemed slightly flatter in tone than the usual White-browed Woodswallow call, which i always think sounds like a flock of Sparrows chirping. These seemed slightly flatter and less resonant in tone than normal. Too far away (high) for visual ID.

A large flock (120+) of what appeared to be mostly Black-faced Woodswallows over Wamboin this morning, flying ahead of the windy change.
