I was delighted to encounter not one, but two small groups of Rufous Fantails on the SE slopes of Mt.Ainslie this morning. Unfortunately I didn't get any quality pictures (hence thumbnail only) ...but good enough to confirm identification and notch up my 93rd species photographed out of 95 observed in the area over the last 3 years.

With one other report of this species in a garden this week, perhaps they're becoming a little more abundant this season.
