Interesting photos. I recall last time I was at the wetlands
(time before this morning) I saw two kingfishers on the cycle
track just out of the carpark, both had pure white undersides,
and more bluey backs. I thought it was unusual, but passed them
off as just more sacred.
However, seeing your photos there is a clear difference
there. Is it possible the pure white bellied bird is a different
one?
I know it's way out of range, but looking at the photo, is it
possible there could be forest kingfishers about??

The blue/green colour varies with the viewing/light angle, so isn't
a reliable field mark.
The white-bellied bird lacks the white forehead spot of a Forest
Kingfisher. There is a
pale buff wash on the belly consistent with a female Sacred
Kingfisher.
The buff-bellied bird is probably a juvenile Sacred KF based on the
pale fringes on
the upper wing coverts.
