However, seeing your photos there is a clear difference there. Is it possible the pure white bellied bird is a different one? 

I know it's way out of range, but looking at the photo, is it possible there could be forest kingfishers about??

The blue/green colour varies with the viewing/light angle, so isn't a reliable field mark.

The white-bellied bird lacks the white forehead spot of a Forest Kingfisher.  There is a
pale buff wash on the belly consistent with a female Sacred Kingfisher.

The buff-bellied bird is probably a juvenile Sacred KF based on the pale fringes on
the upper wing coverts.
